Yes! And to show this we offer a 1 year warranty on all of our products. This covers any manufacturing fault with the suitcases however it does not over normal wear and tear.

Whilst all of our suitcases are top quality our PP range (polypropylene) is a slightly stronger material. We would recommend these cases for frequent travelers as they can stand up to a bit more punishment. In saying that the ABS range is also a high quality case and is recommended if you are traveling less than 15 times per year. 

1. All locks are preset to '000', to change this you need to pull and hold the unlock button.
2. Change the three numbers to your desired code.
3. Release the trigger button and now the code is set.
   Make sure it's something memorable for you, but not too easy.

If there is an issue with your order please email us at sales (at) konosuitcases.co.uk. All of our items come with a 12 month warranty and pleasing our customers is our highest priority so we will replace the product if there is a manufacturing issue.

Shipping is free to anywhere in the UK mainland for all orders!

Most of our orders are delivered next day (Monday to Friday) however please allow up to 3 days to receive your order. If you order over the weekend then your order will ship on the following Monday.
